Does someone have to visit my house I can book a required service?

Absolutely Yes, as we need to assure your requirement for us to execute require Service accordingly.

Are cleaning supplies included?

Yes , Cleaning supplies are included which will be fully seal packed except housekeeping services optional. Additionally, all Tools are sanitized and seal packed for each contract . This ensures that there isn't any cross-contamination from house to house

What if I’m not happy with my requested service?

Please get in touch with us right away and we'll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Scheduling Questions

Can I get a same-day booking?

We don't guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

Do I have to be home for my cleaning?

Yes, to assure your requirements are being fulfilled.

Does service provider Team arrive at the exact time I book?

Yes, most of the time. However, in scenarios where our service team will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the expected time of arrival.

When am I charged for the service ?

According to the company policy and procedure all our payments are done in advance.

Are Service providers staff screened?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
